Schedule an In Store Appointment, Private Appointment or Virtual Frame Styling Consultation
We’re excited to be offering in person, private and virtual frame styling appointments to meet your needs. Please know we are taking all precautions for your safety and ours. To see our safety procedures click here.
If you prefer to schedule an appointment over the phone or if this is an emergency request, please call us at 608-231-3937. Please do not use these forms for emergencies or to cancel or change an existing appointment.
Our private appointments are exclusively for you with no other customers in the store. These appointments are limited to Monday, Friday, Saturday at 9am, and Sunday at 10am.
How to Schedule an Appointment
1. Click Schedule an Appointment below
2. Choose either “Next Available” or specific dates that would accommodate your schedule. We ARE open Saturday and Sunday so make sure you check those boxes if you’re interested in a weekend appointment
3. Choose the Reason for the appointment
- Curbside Pick Up/Repair: Text us when you arrive and we’ll bring your newly finished glasses out to you or come to you and provide a contactless repair or adjustment
- In Person Pickup/Repair/Adjustment: Come on in and we’ll assist you in a contactless manner with picking up new glasses, minor repairs/warranty issues or adjustment
- In Person Frame/Lens Consultation: Choose this option for a visit to our store to look for new glasses or update the lenses in a pair you already own
- Private Frame/Lens Consultation: Choose this option for a visit to our store in a one-on-one fashion to look for new glasses or update lenses in a pair you already own. This type of appointment has limited hours available (see above for Private Appointments) and does require an appointment; at this time we cannot accommodate private walk-in appointments.
*Please note that you cannot book same day appointments online – please contact us if you’re interested in a same day appointment and we’ll let you know what’s available

4. Click Search for a list of the appointment dates and times available for the type of appointment you’re requesting.
5. Once you select the type of appointment you’ll be asked to register so we have your contact information
You will receive a confirmation text from a member of our staff after you have booked. If you have not received a confirmation by end of day (or next business day if booked after we close) please contact us so we can ensure your appointment is scheduled.

We are happy to assist you in submitting your out of network reimbursement for VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, MES Vision, Cigna Vision, Blue View, Aetna Vision, Superior and Spectra. Please contact us for more information
We also offer a 10% on full price frames and lenses for those who have Quartz insurance.
