What is a personalized frame styling?
A frame styling is a one-on-one experience designed entirely around you. We consider your face shape, prescription, lifestyle, and personal style to guide you through curated options in shapes, colors, materials, and lenses.
You’ll leave with eyewear that feels effortless, comfortable, and completely you.
How much does a personalized frame styling cost?
A frame styling is completely complimentary at Ulla Eyewear. It’s our way of making sure you find something you truly love.
Can I bring a friend or family member to my frame styling?
Absolutely. We love when you bring someone along, whether it’s for a second opinion or just to have fun.
Do you take insurance?
We work with most major vision plans on an out-of-network basis and make the process easy by providing everything you need for reimbursement. We also accept FSA and HSA. If you’re unsure about your benefits, we’re happy to walk you through it.
Do you have an eye doctor or offer eye exams?
We specialize in frames, lenses, and personalized styling. We do not have an eye doctor on site.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes, and we encourage it.
Do you accept frame donations?
We do. We’re happy to take gently used frames and give them a second life through donation.
How long does it take to get my prescription glasses or sunglasses?
In most cases your glasses will be ready in about three weeks.
If you choose to customize a frame or a sunclip, timing may vary slightly, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you offer discounts or run specials?
We do. Our multiple-pair offers are designed to help you build a wardrobe of eyewear, from everyday essentials to sunglasses and specialty pairs.
We also run seasonal promotions throughout the year, so be sure to check in or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome.
If you’d like dedicated, uninterrupted time with an optician, we recommend booking an appointment. Either way, we’re here when you’re ready.
Can I put lenses in a frame I already own?
In many cases, yes. We’ll take a look at your frame to make sure it’s a good candidate for your new lenses so you can move forward with confidence.
Can I purchase a frame and have lenses made elsewhere?
You’re welcome to do that.
That said, many of our frames have unique construction that benefit from specialized lab expertise like ours.
