As things continue to change around the world Ulla Eyewear is committed to being adaptable and creative in the way we are approaching customer care.

At this time we are welcoming both appointments and walk-ins, however in order to maintain social distancing requirements we do prioritize appointments. To schedule click here.

Whether browsing or in an appointment our staff are committed to maintaining the appropriate distance for your safety and comfort.  While seated you’ll notice new plexiglass screens have been added to our tables.  This allows our staff to be closer than 6 feet when necessary (for example,  when checking frames for proper adjustment) while still being safe.

At this time we do  require our guests to please wear masks – we have plenty of disposable masks available if you don’t have one with you when you enter.  Please note that while behind our handy plexiglass screens we may ask  you to briefly pull down  your mask to check for proper fit of the new glasses you’re considering.

We continue to sanitize all surfaces, frames and tools between each appointment and our staff are rigorous in our personal sanitation before, during and after all appointments. We also have an air purifier on the sales floor.

We know that a lot of these new procedures are lengthy and we really appreciate your understanding!

If there is any way we can make your time in our store more comfortable please don’t hesitate to reach out!  We are happy to accomodate completely private appointments and will get creative in developing a solution for anything else you might think of.

We also have curbside pick-up and drop-offs for anything you may need.
